How far are you from the airport?
Villas DeRosa is 65 miles south of the Cancun airport.

How do we get to Villas DeRosa?
Rental cars are available on the airport and we offer round trip airport transfers for $185 plus tax (11%). This price is valid for group of 1 to 10 guests.

Are there taxis available?
Yes, there are taxis available at VillasDeRosa. Just ask at the front desk and a taxi will arrive in minutes.

Is the water safe to drink?
It is not advisable to drink the tap water. Villas DeRosa provides 5 gallon dispensers of bottled water for your convenience at no additional charge.

Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking at Villas DeRosa.

Is there WiFi?
Yes, Free WiFi is provided in all condos and hotel rooms at Villas DeRosa.

Is there cable TV?
Yes, each condo and hotel room has cable TV and a 32inch flat screen TV.

Is there a hair dryer in the bathroom?
No, hair dryers are not part of our condo inventory, but you may check out a hair dryer at our front office at no additional charge.

Are the balconies safe for children?
At your request, VillasDeRosa will install a heavy net that will protect small children from falling from the balconies.

Is there a BBQ?
There are no built in BBQ, but you may request a free standing BBQ that we will provide at no additional charge.

Is there a place to sleep an extra person?
Yes, there are two day beds in each condo living room and we can provide a roll away bed upon request.

Are there washers and dryers in the condos?
No, but even better you can bring your dirty laundry to the front office and our staff will clean and folds them for you. There is a small charge for this service.

Are there cooking utensils in the kitchen?
Yes. The kitchens are stocked with a microwave, blender, coffee pot, pans, dishes and utensils.
